Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern the use of the www.projeiq.com website, the asis1.projeiq.com and asis2.projeiq.com practitioner panels and the ASIS 2 mobile application (together, the “Platform”). Everyone who uses the Platform is deemed to accept these terms.
The Platform is run by the ProjeIQ research group, which developed the Anadolu-Sak Intelligence Scale (ASIS) (“ProjeIQ”). Contact: Anadolu University ÜYEP Center, 26470 Eskişehir, Türkiye, [email protected].
ASIS practitioner training, training registration, payment and the terms of the ASIS right of use are not governed by this Platform but by www.asistesti.com and the agreements signed there.
1. Use of the website
- Information on the website is for general information about ASIS and ProjeIQ’s work; it does not replace medical, psychological or educational diagnosis or advice.
- You must use the website lawfully and in line with these terms. Overloading the site with automated tools, trying to bypass security measures or using the contact form to send unsolicited messages is prohibited.
- ProjeIQ is not responsible for the content of other sites linked from the website.
2. Use of the practitioner panels
- The ASIS 1 and ASIS 2 panels are only for practitioners who hold a valid ASIS practitioner certificate and whose account has been opened by ProjeIQ. Panel access is limited by the certificate number and the defined access period.
- The account is personal. You may not share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret; if you suspect unauthorised use, change your password at once and let us know.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the assessment records you enter in the panel or send from the tablet or mobile application. You are the data controller for the personal data of the assessed child in these records: informing the parent or guardian and securing the required legal basis, including explicit consent where necessary, is your responsibility.
- Scores calculated and reports produced in the panel are tools that support the practitioner’s professional judgement. Interpreting results and decisions based on them remain the practitioner’s professional responsibility.
- Records and reports you download from the panel may be used only for assessment purposes and must be kept confidential.
- The following are prohibited: trying to access another practitioner’s account or records, trying to bypass the Platform’s security measures, entering false records or records that belong to someone else, and using the Platform for purposes other than administering ASIS.
- ProjeIQ may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached, the certificate is no longer valid or the access period has ended. Records of a suspended account are not deleted; they are handled according to the practitioner’s request and the law.
3. Use of the ASIS 2 mobile application
- The ASIS 2 mobile application is only for certified ASIS practitioners to administer ASIS 2 tests. The application has no accounts; the practitioner enters their own certificate number for each administration.
- Results are sent to the ASIS 2 panel of the practitioner who holds the certificate number entered. Entering the correct certificate number is the practitioner’s responsibility; using another practitioner’s number is prohibited.
- An internet connection is needed to send results. Results that have not been sent stay on the device.
4. Intellectual property
All rights in the ASIS name and logo, the scale items, test materials, norm tables, scoring method, reports, publications and the texts, images and software on the Platform belong to their owners. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used outside ASIS administration without permission. ASIS items or materials may not be shared with third parties in whole or in part.
5. Limitation of liability
ProjeIQ takes reasonable measures to keep the Platform running without interruption or errors; however, to the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for indirect damage arising from interruptions or delays caused by maintenance, technical faults, internet infrastructure or third-party services. The user is responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate data they enter, sharing their account or use contrary to these terms. We recommend that you keep your own backup of your records (for example, an Excel export).
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data is explained in the KVKK Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
7. Changes
ProjeIQ may update these terms when necessary. The current version is published on this page and applies from the date of publication; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Eskişehir have jurisdiction over disputes; the statutory rights of users who are consumers are reserved.
