Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on the www.projeiq.com website and the asis1.projeiq.com and asis2.projeiq.com practitioner panels. Details on how personal data is processed are in the KVKK Notice and the Privacy Policy. The ASIS 2 mobile application does not use cookies.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. The browser’s local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) keeps information in a similar way. In this policy we call both “cookies”.
Necessary cookies
These are required for the site and the panels to work and stay secure. They do not depend on your consent and cannot be switched off.
- projeiq-session: session cookie. Makes forms and panel sign-in work. Expires 2 hours after your last action.
- XSRF-TOKEN: security cookie that prevents forms from being misused by other sites. Valid as long as the session cookie.
- remember_web_…: created only if “Remember me” is ticked at sign-in; keeps you signed in until you sign out, for at most 400 days.
- projeiq.cookieConsent.v1 (localStorage): stores your cookie choice (“Necessary only” or “Accept”). Kept until you delete it.
- Announcement window (sessionStorage): keeps the site’s announcement window from reopening during the same visit; deleted when the browser closes.
- pn-sidebar-collapsed (localStorage): remembers whether you collapsed the menu in the panel.
- Cloudflare cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance): the site is served through Cloudflare’s security network. Cloudflare may set short-lived security cookies to tell automated attacks apart.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on the contact, sign-in and password forms. It processes browser and device signals to check that a person filled in the form; it is not used for advertising or tracking.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how the site is used. The Google Analytics script and its cookies (_ga, _ga_…; up to 2 years) load only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie bar. If you choose “Necessary only”, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. No analytics cookies are used in the practitioner panels.
Advertising cookies
No advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies are used on the site or in the panels.
How to change your choice
Click “Cookie preferences” in the site footer to reopen the cookie bar and change your choice. After you withdraw consent, Google Analytics is not loaded from the next page on; cookies already set can be deleted in your browser settings. You can block all cookies in your browser settings, but the contact form and panel sign-in may then stop working.
