Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the www.projeiq.com website, the asis1.projeiq.com and asis2.projeiq.com practitioner panels and the ASIS 2 mobile application (listed in the stores as “ASIS”). It explains in plain language what we collect and why, who we share it with and what your rights are. The legal details are in the KVKK Notice.
Registration and payment for ASIS training do not take place here but at www.asistesti.com, which has its own privacy terms.
Who we are
The Platform is run by the ProjeIQ research group, which developed the Anadolu-Sak Intelligence Scale (ASIS).
Address: Anadolu University ÜYEP Center, 26470 Eskişehir, Türkiye
E-mail: [email protected] · Phone: +90 222 335 05 80 (ext. 1907)
What we collect on the website
- If you use the contact form: your name, e-mail address, subject and message. We use them only to reply to you.
- Technical records such as IP address, browser information and time of visit, needed to run and secure the site.
- Cookies: only necessary cookies are used; Google Analytics visit statistics load only if you choose “Accept”. See the Cookie Policy.
The website does not ask you to create an account, does not show ads and does not sell your information.
What we collect in the practitioner panels
The ASIS 1 and ASIS 2 panels are only for certified ASIS practitioners.
- Account: first name, last name, e-mail, institution, province, district, certificate numbers and access periods. Your password is stored only in irreversible (hashed) form; nobody, including our staff, can see it.
- Profile (optional): the title, institution, province, photo, link and, if you wish, e-mail, phone and CV that you choose to publish on the “Find a Practitioner” page. You can unpublish it in the panel at any time.
- Assessment records: entered by practitioners about the children they assess: name, date of birth, gender, school, grade, test answers, scores and reports. The practitioner who enters a record is responsible for it; we only store and score it on the practitioner’s behalf. Each practitioner sees only their own records.
ASIS 2 mobile application
The ASIS 2 application lets certified practitioners administer ASIS 2 tests on a tablet or phone.
- No account. The application has no sign-up, sign-in or user profile.
- What it collects: the certificate number and name entered by the practitioner; the assessed child’s name, date of birth, age, gender, school and grade; the test date, subtest answers and results.
- Where it goes: the data stays only on your device until it is sent, then goes over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only to our asis2.projeiq.com server, where it appears in the ASIS 2 panel of the practitioner with the matching certificate number.
- No ads, no tracking. The application shows no ads and contains no third-party analytics or tracking tools. It does not access location, contacts, photos or the camera, and it does not record with the microphone. Audio is used only to play test instructions and stimuli. The device type is read on the device for screen layout only and is not sent to the server.
- No selling or sharing. Data from the application is not sold or used for advertising or marketing.
- Deletion requests: to have an assessment record deleted, contact the practitioner who carried out the assessment or write to [email protected]. Including the practitioner’s certificate number and the test date helps us find the record. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.
Who we share data with
Data is shared only with the service providers the Platform needs to run: server and backup hosting, e-mail delivery, Cloudflare (security and bot protection), Sentry (error tracking, with form contents and cookies removed) and, if you consent, Google Analytics. It may be shared with competent authorities when the law requires it. Some of these services have servers outside Türkiye.
How we protect data
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Panel access is limited to a personal account and the certificate period; sign-in and password actions are rate-limited and protected against bots. Personal data is stripped from error records. Only authorised people access data, and only as far as their work requires.
How long we keep data
Contact messages are kept up to 2 years after they are answered, practitioner accounts while the account is open, assessment records according to the practitioner’s instructions, and technical logs usually for 14 days. Details are in the KVKK Notice.
Children’s data
The Platform is not directed at children, and children do not use it themselves. Data about children is entered only by a certified practitioner as part of an assessment. Informing the parent and obtaining the necessary permission is the practitioner’s responsibility.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Send your requests to [email protected] or to the postal address above.
