Rights and Obligations
- The right of use received by the institutions is valid for two (2 (2) ) is valid for the year. Institutions can renew their right of use every two years by paying the fee. The renewed 2-year usage fee cannot exceed the test material and practitioner training fee.
- Institutions have the right to apply ASIS an unlimited number of times during the two-year usage right.

- In case the institution receiving ASIS usage right leaves the ASIS practitioner institution, Visa Academic Counseling and/or Home School A new practitioner training is given by the association. The fee for the training cannot exceed the fee for ASIS test material and practitioner training.
- Institutions that have the right to use ASIS can apply ASIS only to experts with ASIS practitioner certificate. It is mandatory to attend the ASIS update training given every year. In case of non-participation, the practitioner certificate will be revoked. The tuition fee cannot be higher than 1 (one) ASIS application fee across Turkey.
- ASIS practitioner training and ASIS usage right fee can be updated two (2) times a year at most.
- ASIS's The institution that acquires the right to use cannot share the whole, part or substance of ASIS with third parties or institutions during or after the use. In case of sharing, he/she pays 1000 (thousand) usage rights over the one-year usage right value of the test on that day.
